Shipping Policy – Potions Cosmetics

At Potions Cosmetics, we strive to ensure that your skincare products arrive quickly, safely, and in perfect condition. Please review our shipping policy below for details on processing, shipping times, and costs.


Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, followed by a shipping notification with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

  • During peak seasons, promotions, or product launches, processing times may take slightly longer.


Shipping Options & Delivery Times

We currently ship within Pakistan. 

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

Delivery estimates are provided by carriers and may vary depending on external factors such as weather or postal delays.


Shipping Costs

  • Shipping fee is 250/- nationwide.

  • Free standard shipping is available on orders over 2000/- pkr.


Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.

  • You can track your order directly through the carrier’s website.


Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Packages

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and product.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, incorrect shipping addresses, or customs processing.

  • Lost packages will be investigated with the carrier, and we will work with you to find the best resolution.


Changes & Cancellations

  • Orders cannot be modified once they have been processed.

  • If you need to cancel your order, please contact us immediately at +923124773093. If your order has not yet shipped, we will do our best to cancel it.
