Eligibility for Exchange
We offer exchanges only under the following circumstances:
You received an incorrect item, or
The product arrived damaged or defective

Exchange Request Timeframe
All exchange requests must be made within three (3) days of receiving your order.
Requests submitted after 3 days from the delivery date will not be eligible for exchange.

Important Notes
Products must be unused and in their original packaging.
Exchanges will only be processed after verification of the issue.
We reserve the right to deny exchange requests that do not meet the conditions outlined above.
We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.
